East, west, north, south, rural, urban or suburban, all Illinois students are invited to tell their hometown stories in the Annual Illinois Story Map Competition for Grades 4 through 12. Students explore their hometown or neighborhood to discover unique characteristics and/or to study a local problem or issue they would like to solve. Compete with others for a chance to win a prize!
